my baby don't have running nose but he making gur gur sounds like cold what is the reason how i stop that pls...

Running nose or block nose. mild cough and cold is the symptom of viral infection or you can say common cold for this as a home remedy only steam can be given along with maintaining the temperature of the baby ; in medication you can give cough drop after Dr consultation other than that only fever medication like paracetamol can be given for fever .
