Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated wdith fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmyent along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Make the milk a little light and that’s what is going to help support you making 60 ML instead of add two scoops of milk go for 1 1/2 and see if that is good still if the child is shouting with loose motions then it is not because of milk could be due to any other reason
