Q.

My baby doesn't sleep well during the day and also it's really hard to make him sleep at night. it takes hour's to make him sleep. even after he is fed well he finds it hard to sleep. I have tried white noise, singing, rocking the baby. but nothing works. after a really long time after trying all the above technique he sleeps. this makes me get exhausted completely.. please help

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 monrths of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitationr etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

A. Hi but at this age kids can very well sleep or somewhere out twelve to sixteen hours on their own only if your child is not sleeping well enough at this age then you should get it checked once with your doctor the doctor would be able to give you better guidance on this
