My baby doesn't sleep soundly, he wakes up every 1 hour what to do?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. okkkk Sleep pattern varies from baby to baby Generally baby sleep for 14-16 hrs at this age Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day Feed properly before sleep to ur baby Switch off or dim light before sleep Sing a song or cuddle ur baby Check and change urine and motion immediately after passing it Baby commonly wakes up 2-3 times at night for feed

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Quite normal. It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day. Feed a little more during night hours for good sleep.
