SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
