A. To help your 1.5-month-old baby adjust their sleep cycle, try gently waking them for feeds or play during the day to reduce excessive daytime sleep. Expose them to natural light during the day and keep nighttime calm and dark. Establish a soothing bedtime routine, such as a gentle massage or lullabies, to signal nighttime. Be patient, as newborns naturally have irregular sleep patterns, and it may take time for them to adjust. If concerns persist, consult your pediatrician.
