Q.

My baby doesn’t sleep at night and if he does then mostly around 1:30 or 2:00 AM. Any solution for this, in day time he mostly takes power naps of half an hour

A. the sleep pattern of of the baby is different and it is disturbed actually in the night which is normal gradually with time your baby will develop a proper sleep cycle

My baby girl is 8 months old and i feel that she does not sleep a lot i.e she sleeps sometimes at 11:30, 12:30 or sometimes even at 2:00 in the night and then wakes up at 8:00 in the morning or at 9:00 sometimes then she’s awake for an hour and goes back to sleep at 10 or 10:30 and sleeps till 1:00 and after that she’s continuously awake and goes back to sleep by 7/7:30 in the evening, sleeps for an hour and then is awake till as I mentioned earlier so that’s her sleep cycle
