my baby doesn't poop from last 6 days... is that any kind of problem

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. It is very normal for small children that sometimes they will not pass stool for 10 days also and sometimes they will pass stool more than 7 to 8 times per day.
If the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to semi liquid do not worry about the frequency of the stool.
No medicines needs to be given in such a case but you have to meet dthe doctor only if the stool consistency is hard.
It is advisable to give only milk to the child and nothing else before compldetion of 6 months of age.
intermittent crying of the child is due to colic pain and not due to constipation.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and most of the babies do not poop for 8-9 days and please give baby proper feed and also massage on baby stomach clockwise and anti clockwise and also do more leg exercises.
