Q.

my baby doesn't go to sleep unless I rock her in my lap. i need to carry her and move to make her fall sleep.how can I teach her to fall sleep by patting on the bed? my baby is 10 months old.

A. this is a normal behavior of some kids this is because you have developed such type of conditioning reflex in him. you have to shift this reflex to other things like holding his hand, singing a song light music etc

A. Its very common in babys at this age Feed properly before sleep to ur baby at night Switch off or dim light before sleep Sing a song or cuddle ur baby Check and change urine and motion immediately after passing at night Baby commonly wakes up 2-3 times at night for feed
