A. Hello..after feeding noisy breathing is caused by the sound of the air flowing over the saliva or milk which pools at the back of the baby’s throat. just burp well and keep your baby in upright position for some time.

A. hello could be baby as slight congestion..You may use home made saline drops or nasal drops prescribed by your doctor for cold...also you may use pach Karpoor mixed with Coconut oil and run slightly over chest and back... slightly over nose to ease breathing and releive from cold and congestion
