My baby do sucking movement while sleeping . Is that normal ? Does it mean he is hungry ?

no
not necessary that child is hungry
although please try to offer feeds at gap of 2 or 3 hours
check your milk supply
ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day as a good urine output indicates that your child is getting enough milk.
