A. Namaste Mom Some.varation is acceptable as far as the child is active for their age and also eating healthy and well balanced diet as such. include foods such as dry fruits , milk , ghee , panner , fruit milk shakes or smoothies , also dals , legumes such as lobia , rajma etc ,
