my baby didnt poop for 5 days and he shows some frustaton. my frnd said me to put some glycerine into babys anus using a bud as doctor advised her to do that.and i did to my baby and he passed stool. after that he us passing regularly and today he passed motion three times. is it harm to put glycerine like that. plz answer.

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested byg. doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
