my baby didn't poop for 7 days, today I visited doctor, he checked all the medical history, from 2 months to 3 months my baby has increased only 220 kgs, doctor told to give formula milk, is formula milk good for infants? is it right to give formula milk

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been fstarted after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggeested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
