my baby did 3 times watery poops from 3 days after every breastfeeding ..I used antibiotics also what was the reason

In the initial time lose motions or normal but if it is continuously happening and even after antibiotics is not in control then I think you should get a stool test done for your child after consulting the doctor that’s going to give you better clarity on the situation
