Q.

my baby daughter is 1 year 9 month old but still she is not sleeping on time at night . She sleep at 12:00 am - 1 :00 Am . Is this normal or it is some problem . Does this habit of her will effect her health ? Or else i dont gave to worry ? since her childhood ( from 1 month ) her sleeping habit is same ?

A. Hello my dear parent! Good sleep is definitely important for a child’s better health and growth. Gradually and slowly make your child sleep by Max 9 PM so that she will have a longer duration of sleep till the morning when the sun rises. Be patient and persistent in your efforts
