my baby daignos with adenoids ,she is 4 and year old ,she frequents have upper respiratory infections ,is it imp to remove adenoids,please suggest the best ,what to do

A. hi please take necessary follow ups from your pediatrician it is important maintain good hydration throughout the day give Luke warm water to drink ask a child to do salt water gargling dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
