My baby cries a lot ,he only wants to sleep in my lap, as soon as I put him to bed he wakes up

It’s an addiction to sleep in the lap so start feeding the child sideways initially that will be very helpful to we do not promote this position but some cases would be good otherwise the child should let the child go to deep sleep and put the child on the bed sideways and keep patting
