childproofing your house is very important now.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

as it is learning phase ,it is completely normal.
no need to worry.
my child did the same when she was learning it.
gradually she learnt that well.
just give enough tummy time to your child.
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday.
