my baby couldn't handle his neck nor flip side, I need to go to hospital for this or wait for some time

Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for muscle strength and flexibility. Give good tummy time everyday to help in rolling over and hold head . Consult your doctor for advice
