Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritabilityfeg could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Your child is only three months old currently I wouldn’t suggest you to give any medicine to the child without consulting the doctor so please consult your paediatrician as the weather is change it could be due to change in weather also also best is to check with your doctor before before you give any medicine to your child
