Whethetr any investigations is required or not will be told by the doctor

It Probably could be severe congestion in the chest and throat of the time which is why your child is coughing like that so what you can do it we should get a check with your doctor advise you with the medicine also along with that they will suggest you to nebulise your child twice a minimum of five days
