my baby cough during night time alone I gave a cough syrup as doctor suggested before sleeping but she had cough at night time

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. uCough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cause like GERD so it needs proper valuation before giving any medication . Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the chhkuild for the improvement before consulting your doctor.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Well when the body gets in the resting position the coughing can suddenly increase so if you have a nebuliser you can nebulise the child with saline water and about 10 to 15 minutes before you put your child to sleep that should be helpful
