my baby completed one month and from past few days facing gas issue. please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. baby is having discomfort mostly due to gastric trouble for which you can give collicaid drops during pain and regularly give Bonnisan for2 times a day. burping is important ,cyclic motion of legs relieves gases
