my baby completed her 3 years she is very active when we go to doctor place she will not sit quietly she will talk herself ,jump and sing songs rhymes and touch all the things which are kept around the doctor place is this normal behavior or hyper active behaviour

Yes it is hyperactive when your child is hyper active which is not a problem because most of the kids in this era where they born or hyper and it is normal because kids need to keep them engaged and keep them busy which is totally mine which is your child is behaving like this which is a normal behaviour
