slowly switch to semi solid meals like khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables..along with breastmilk

Oh Yes but of course you can give all kind of fruit purée and vegetable purée to the child that’s the best you that you can start from so all kind of vegetable purée you can give to the child whether it is beetroot or carrot or spinach all these things are healthy other vegetables also and all kind of fruits also you can introduce
