my baby completed 5months entering 6th now today onwards when should I feed cerlac to my baby pls give best food suggestions for my baby

A. Hello mom.when weaning foods are to be intrdouced it is always preferable to start with liquid consistency foods first , so be like dal , rice water , fresh fruit juices ,,vegetable soups ,once they accept and are comfortable with such foods you can progress to semi.solid and mashed foods so home.made cerelac , suji , ragi porrodge , steamed vegetables , soft fruits ,
