Q.

my baby cluster feeds every evening... from 7;00pm to almost 12:00 am..... at least i give her some formula milk around 30 ml... then she will sleep .. is my milk sufficient to her?? is bottle feeding safe at 1 month old age of baby

A. Hi mom Express ur milk and see if u can Express sufficient milk for the baby. If ur feed is coming less then u can start having galact powder to improve lactation. Yes u can bottle feed ur baby. Sterilize bottle after every use to prevent infection in stomach. u can buy babyhug anti colic feeding bottles

Q. #AskTheExpert My son is 14 months old he takes 200 ml milk at about 8:40 variety of paratha in breakfast which he finishes around 11:30 then he sleeps around 12:30 and takes fruits in lunch around 3:30 after waking up then dinner around 6 of chhapti and while sleeping 200 ml milk is this fine because this is the max he can eat he always take at least 1:30 hours to finish milk or food please help

My baby girl is 8 months old and i feel that she does not sleep a lot i.e she sleeps sometimes at 11:30, 12:30 or sometimes even at 2:00 in the night and then wakes up at 8:00 in the morning or at 9:00 sometimes then she’s awake for an hour and goes back to sleep at 10 or 10:30 and sleeps till 1:00 and after that she’s continuously awake and goes back to sleep by 7/7:30 in the evening, sleeps for an hour and then is awake till as I mentioned earlier so that’s her sleep cycle
