Q.

My baby catches cold and Cough very frequently , I want to build strong immune system as he don’t like any vegetables or r fruits . He likes only soup . Tell me receipes for building strong immune system with dry fruits and fruits

A. 2give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products.. Maintain proper hygine and educated your kid for hand washing.
