Q.

My baby breastfeed for 20 to 30 min and again demand after one hour.. what should I do.. I Also pump milk the flow was also slow.. does my milk is not sufficient for my baby??

A. Feed the baby on demand as babies don't keep themselves hungry if the baby is active and healthy otherwise not cranky pees about 6-8 times a day means is getting enough milk feed the baby on one side till empty and then switch to the other side so that the baby gets both fore milk and hind milk this way the baby will be full for longer time have a healthy diet include dry fruits ghee full cream milk makhana kheer papaya carrots cumin green leafy vegetables in your diet drink lots of water as being hydrated is the key to good breast milk supply
