Q.

My baby boy’s hemoglobine has come out to b 9.7 . Is this something to worry about ? Which food can increase hemoglobin in babies ?

A. yes the hemoglobin of the child is less plrase include green leafy vegetables along with dates and lentils that is different types of dal. fruits like apple banana. you can give jaggery in every food and also make food of the child in iron utensils. when you are add lemon that is rich in vitamin c to the diet which contains iron it helps in greater absorption of iron. your doctor will tell which iron supplement needs to be given to the child and usually we recommended it for at least 3 months for improvement in haemoglobin level

A. It is little less of course there is a scope of increment of it so I’m just going to recommend you currently that you should give more of iron rich food to the child fruits to the child where you can include beetroot and pomegranate every day and apart from that green leafy vegetables you should give black rice fox nuts you can give jaggery to the child should also be given
