Q.

My baby boy is suffering from fever after vaccination.. can i give him paracetamol drops? #asktheexperts

A. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painfcul for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry. Swelling can be reduced by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetamol can be given for fever or pain. Thrombophobe ointment can be applied in acute pain and swvelling .

A. Yes absolutely a doctor must have told you to go ahead with giving paracetamol Rob because it is very basic if your child is having fever after vaccination even if the child is not having fever Badi the penis really too much then also you can go ahead with giving paracetamol to the child every six hours
