Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. due to skin infection you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment

It Could probably be due to some allergy it would be advisable for you to get it So with your paediatrician because without proper assessment I cannot tell you as to why they are there in what could probably be the reason behind it so please consult your doctor ones for that
