my baby boy is pass urine less than 4times per a day.and his body also some hot..he was suffering with cold.. he crying with little bits of cough..it is symptoms of dehydration?

A. normally baby has to pass you in at least 8 to 10 times per day in summer season because of exercise the frequency may be less please you addicted feeding to the baby to avoid dehydration
