My baby boy is one month old…I’m not getting sufficient milk Soo pls kindly suggest me how to increase the milk production

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. eat dal. latch frequently. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while feeding your baby. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
