Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d.
first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age.
deficiency is there or not will be tdold by the doctor.
there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also.
so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. You might notice them fussing, or wanting to be held or comforted more often. About two-thirds of teething babies show signs of fussiness. Drools all the time. Expect some slobber as teeth begin pushing outward.
