A. Dear mum, current weight depends upon the birth weight. If baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month, then do not worry. Exclusive breast feeding till 6 months complete is the only way for healthy weight gain. At one episode Of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hind milk which will help in weight gain.
