my baby boy is not weight gaining, his age is 2.4 years, but his weight is 10 kgs. Randomly he faces vomting sensation also

use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 for drinking
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage her with Babyhug oil
use mror seasonal fruits and probiotics in her diet
