My baby boy is in 11th month and about to enter 12th month. Can I feed him one egg a day ? I want him to improve his weight in a healthy way. He is 8.3 now. I want him to touch 9 kilograms by his 1st birthday. Your suggestion please ππ»

Yes after the age of one you can give one egg to the child every day if you want also chicken and fish can be a good part of the diet because they are highly rich and protein so you can give that also thatβs also going to be good in overall both of your child
