A. need ti be operated .Any child specialist near by you or your routine pediatrician can be consulted for the query you have raised because it is difficult to proper give answer regarding the same without examine the baby .

A. If necessary, tongue-tie can be treated with a surgical cut to release the frenulum (frenotomy). If additional repair is needed or the lingual frenulum is too thick for a frenotomy, a more extensive procedure known as a frenuloplasty might be an option.
