Q.

My baby boy is having tight foreskin( Bumpy while urination). we found this when his age was around 9months. we consulted couple of doctors and they suggested for surgery after 1 year now that my baby turns 1 year 2months. He is absolutely fine while urination and no crying. He is playing well. Do we need to go for surgery ? How long we can wait and postpone this surgery? Can you please help here.

A. it need to be seen .Child specialist should be seen for this as proper treatment and management required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. As such no any self medication should be given to baby .
