Q.

my baby boy is around 6.5months old( pre term baby). sometimes while he breathes, chest congestion sound can be heard..again sometimes it's not there.does this mean that he is suffering from congestion in chest?

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the firsyt line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

A. hello mom to be on safe side Give your baby indirect steam least three times a day burn garlic ajwain in mustard oil let this oil get cool or warm rub that oil on his chest back Palms foot also keep your baby hydrated by breastfeeding and consult your doctor if required
