my baby boy is a 6 year 11 month old... and his baby teeth has not yet gone. why his teeth is not shaking.. vshould we have to do any thing... what's the exact age to go baby teeth should we have to wait..

This process can start any time after completing the time of 4 to 5 years if it that is not happening as of now but the new teeth are also not coming then it is not a problem just give it some more time if you see that the new ones has started to come and the old ones are not falling out then in that case it would be advisable for you to consult a dentist
