my baby boy is 9 months old. when he was 1.5 months his haemoglobin was 7.9. Therefore, our previous doctor suggested vitcofol drops 15ml 0.5 ml dosage. Now our new pediatrician has suggested ferrofit syrup 100ml 5ml dosage. but baby does not like its taste and pukes it immediately after feeding it. can I continue giving vitcofol drops 15ml to baby?

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 3 m old boy6 months agoA. I was told vitcofol drops 15ml does not have iron. Therefore, ferrofit was suggested.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl6 months agoA. Yeah yeah of course you can continue with the previous one only but don’t give 5ML give one ML or 0.5 ML whatever is convenient for you because 5ML is too much I don’t know how New doc has suggested such a heavy dosage
