A. Dear Mamma, first of all stop cerelac as it is highly processed and has chemicals and sugars in them which are not good for baby. At nine months baby should get two meals and a snack maximum. Even just two meals will do. No fruit juice please and avoid mashed up food. Please offer fruits and varied healthy nutritious well balanced home cooked meal without maida salt sugar honey and chili. Please get baby to sit with the family at meal times and eat by himself what he wants and how much he wants from what is on offer. No force feeding please.

A. Hello mum kids are always fussy eaters and refused to change the test that they are adapted to but you must to as a parent keep on trying give coconut water as a natural appetiser or make use a homeopathic supplement for increasing your babies appetite
