Q.

my baby boy is 9 months old he is active... Playing well with toys eating well 3-4 times a day and also taking milk 4 times a day... taking good sleep still his weight is not growing for the last 2 months.... For the last 2 months he has gained only 200 grams 9.2 kgs his current weight which was the same last month as well can you advise what we can do?

A. your must be having lots of physical activity. that's why his weight gain is 200grams in a month. it varies from child to child. you need not worry. all is fine till he is active and having his meals. just give him good and healthy diet. add more of fruits and vegetables in the diet

A. The way again should be about 4 to 500 g in a month so you can go ahead with introducing more of vegetarian and proper proteins to the child which is what is going to be beneficial along with that if you would want you should consult a nutrition expert as well
