my baby boy is 9 month old. he has fever since 4 days. no cough and cold. dr. has asked the sore throat.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi give sitopaladi churn Giloy decoction Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor

You Done for your child because if the fever does not subside within 72 hours sometimes it could be due to viral infection or any other issue better get it checked with your doctor ones and the blood report will probably give you a clear picture about it
