Q.

my baby boy is 7 months old. he only likes to have sweet meals. like I give him oats-banana porridge, ragi-apple porridge, wheat porridge with jaggery, sooji kheer sweetened with dates syrup. I am trying since starting to give him normal khichdi or any such thing without sweetness but he refuses completely. is it ok for him to have sweet meals every time though not using sugar at all. please suggest

A. Actually the breastfeeding or formula that you give has a lot of sweet into that it’s basically very sweet in nature which is why kids like sweet food so whatever food you are giving now add proper salt and spices into that make it proper flavour hopefully that is going to turn out favourable for you that’s one way to make your child eat what you want them to eat
