my baby boy is 63 days old ,he has viral fever ,and these swelling from 2 t0 3 days ,any issue with this pls tell the reason,is this solve with medicine

A. it may be related to the viral fever if it is painless swelling then you can wait and watch but if it is painful and the child is irritable than a medical examination by the doctor will be helpful in rolling out any local infection and allergy
