My baby boy is 6 month old can i gave dates to him?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can make a paste of fresh dates and that can be added to foods of the baby as it is also natural sweetener and gove well mashed foods and start with light and easily digestible foods

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child dates syrup which is safe and not a problem.. dates are rich in iron content and is absolutely safe to be given for the child and as many other health benefits also and you can make puree and be giving it for the baby or use as sweetnes in baby food
